‘As the Sales Director, I have the responsibility for managing all the sales operations for our company. I usually have to meet targets as pointed out by the MD, and help the group strive towards achieving an carefully considered target. I have enjoyed getting to know everyone in the group and been delighted by the invigorating journey of creating a product from what was once just an idea on a piece of paper! My main aim is to develop a strong relationship with our local community and consolidate the welcoming aura of our company. "

The entire Young Enterprise experience has provided me insightful experience in the world of Business that I find challenging yet rewarding. The risks are definitely there if we don't work together and work off of our own backs, yet there are many rewards available if we push forward as a team."
