We ask that people purchasing are16 or over. By placing an order with us, you agree to give:

- Your email address
- Your billing address
- A delivery address (this may be the same as your billing address)
- A contact phone number
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase. Additionally, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched with an estimate of when it will arrive.
If you have a complaint relating to one of our products, we will attempt to resolve this by offering a refund/replacement product. Please contact us at .
We have a variety of delivery options for our customers. Standard delivery (£3.50), first class delivery (£5.00) or free standard delivery for orders over £20. We do not offer delivery to customers outside of the UK. In the event that your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us at . We do not take any responsibility for delayed deliveries or damaged goods that are out of our control.
By ordering from us, you agree not to resell any of our products.
Payment and security
We do not hold onto your credit/debit card data. We accept all cards, including AMEX. Payments are taken in GB pounds (£).
Prices are in GB pound sterling (£) and already include VAT.
Cancellations and Returns
If you wish to cancel a product, you should do this within 24 hours of ordering the product due to the personalisation factor of our company. If you wish to cancel, then please contact us at and we will cancel this and refund your order. If you contact us after the first 24 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee your money back.
If you would like to change anything about the product (such as the personalisation features), again, contact us at as soon as possible. We can not guarantee that this will be possible if the request to change your order has happened after we have started making your product.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 days from when you receive the products to return them, or request a replacement product.
